My Name and Username

Hello! I just wanted to give a quick explanation of my name and username for anyone who may be interested.

Darcy comes from the ancient Irish name “O’Dorchaide” which meant “descendant of the dark one”; my parents found it in a name book and thought the name would be fitting for me because of my adoptive father’s Irish family background and the fact I have black hair

Walkingandmusing comes from my father who suggested it when I was trying to come up with a name for this blog; since I like walking and this blog is for me to share my personal thoughts, he thought the name would be fitting
